As managing pastor of the Compassion Ministries of Vineyard, Denae is constantly “swapping hats,” and yet, the core of her role is to serve, welcome and care for others – it’s a role she loves. Denae oversees everything from hospitality on Sunday mornings to Freedom Tools, our in-house healing ministry. Directing our care for the poor and counseling also falls under her umbrella, and in fact, she is often found counseling others herself. Denae’s husband Wade (see Great Commission) is on staff as well, and she is the mom of four adult children and two grandchildren. Life is fun in the Huffman household!
